Hospitality Room open to register and muster in.   Memorabilia table available for photo albums and other items you may want to display.  The Ship’s Store will be open to purchase caps, shirts and other items.

Friday, 1 Aug:        

0800-1200 & 1300-1900 Hospitality Room and Ship’s Store open. 

Free day for tours and city visit.

1800-2000 welcome reception with hors d’oeuvres, refreshments and a cash bar. Dress is casual.

Saturday, 2 Aug: 

Hospitality Room and Ship’s Store open until noon.

0900 - 1000  Business meeting

1800-1900 Cocktail hour. Cash bar.

1900-2030 Banquet dinner.  Dress is coat & tie for the men and equivalent dress for the ladies.

2030-2200 Welcome remarks and guest speaker.

2200-2400 Dancing .

The Saturday night banquet dinner will buffet style.

There will be three main choices of beef, chicken and fish.

You may select one or all and a return trip to the buffet is OK.

Price per person is $65 and includes all gratuities and taxes.

Please submit payment in full no later than July 10th.

No refunds after July 25^th

Sunday, 3 Aug:    

No host departure breakfast. Time and details to be determined for later announcement.  

Hotel check out time is noon.
